I will say that I have a feeling that some admins will install CF Standard on a 64 bit OS, set the JVM to as much memory as they can (knowing that the 64 bit JVM supports it), and then stare dumbfounded when their CF Server pegs the CPU and renders the box uselesslamp finials and caps

Well I tried this and you could too! The result is wonderful!! Take a NATURAL picture (the one i did was a girl gently pulling on a branch full of flowers.) then you coul convert the whole picture into black and white but leave the object(s) of intrest and main object colores.

I love Tai Chi. I do it every day. It took me 6 months to learn the 24
moves for a 7 minute routine. Some routines are longer, and those will
take longer to learn. It's done slowly as a kind of moving meditation
and I always feel more wide awake afterwards. It changed my attitude so I
quit overeating and lost weight.

Tai Chi can totally help in reducing weight. It's not as effective as
running or jump-rope, but it is very easy on the joints so it is ideal
for people who are very overweight, or people who cannot handle higher
intensity workouts.

Please forgive me if I spelled it wrong. It has been a while for me as
far as judo and the Japanese. I do remember that and harai ogoshi were

The standalone version is the same as the web version, except that downloading images from the web and image cropping are not supported, and you have to set the output size numerically (number of pages wide/high) rather than using a fancy drag handle. The results are exactly the same.

For example: if I were to try an Osoto-Gari, when I go over their shoulder with my arm, they just step back to avoid me tipping them backwards. How can you take someone's balance when they resist like this? Is this stuff useful? Has anyone used it?
