Judo quarter-final at the Rio 2007 Pan American Games. Brazilian Flavio Canto defeats Cuban Oscar Cardenas in a very disputed, strenuous fight. The referee does not allow any latitude for newaza, even when Canto passed the guard into tate-shiho-gatame. This was filmed by myself in the bleachers. You can hear the crowd going crazy!
